San Diego FC signs Anders Dreyer for its debut season in MLS

San Diego FC is about to make official the signing of Anders Dreyer, a 26-year-old Danish forward who will arrive from RSC Anderlecht.

The deal between the two clubs was finalised at approximately €5 million, with Dreyer signing a four-year contract to join the club in its debut season in MLS.

This move reflects San Diego FC’s ambitions to compete at the highest level from the start, betting on quality international players.

San Diego FC has huge ambitions and together with their star Chucky Lozano, they hope to form a promising future for the club, which wants to fill its showcase with titles as soon as possible.


The stats of the Danish striker at just 26 years of age

According to Transfermarkt statistics, Anders Dreyer has had an impressive career so far, with 323 professional games, 129 goals and 73 assists.

In his time with RSC Anderlecht, starting in the 2022-23 season, Dreyer has appeared in 87 games, scoring 31 goals and providing 23 assists.

Known for his ability as a right winger, Dreyer promises to be a crucial addition for San Diego FC. The player is expected to travel to San Diego on January 19 to finalize his transfer and begin his new chapter in MLS.
