Nashville SC has already secured a talented Colombian defender in its attempt to qualify for the playoffs in this MLS, triumphing in the regular season.

Meanwhile, Chicago Fire and Atlanta United are also strengthening, with Chicago focused on improving its defense and Atlanta United having a lethal forward for its 2025 season.

A MLS that doesn’t give any respite in the transfer window, leaving behind big signings like the one that happened recently.

Paul Arriola joins Seattle Sounders in a blockbuster signing in MLS

Seattle Sounders has taken a significant step by signing Paul Arriola from FC Dallas to strengthen its offensive zone in this MLS season that begins in February.

The deal includes Seattle’s natural first-round pick in the 2026 MLS Superdraft and up to $300,000 in general allocation money (GAM), subject to meeting certain performance metrics.

Paul Arriola, 29, comes to the Seattle Sounders with a decade of professional experience, having played in both MLS and Liga MX.

In his final season with FC Dallas, Arriola made 34 appearances, scoring 5 goals and providing 4 assists, according to Transfermarkt. His ability to adapt to different roles on the field makes him a valuable asset for Seattle.
