Orlando City secures Nicolás Rodríguez
On Friday, Orlando City SC officially announced the signing of Nicolás Rodríguez on a permanent transfer from Fortaleza CEIF.
The deal ensures his place at the club through 2027, with an option to extend until 2028. Rodríguez is expected to join as a U22 Initiative player, further bolstering Orlando’s strategy of developing young talent.
Before stepping onto the pitch, Rodríguez must complete formalities, including obtaining his P-1 Visa and International Transfer Certificate. Once finalized, he’ll train under head coach Óscar Pareja.
